Free U.S. shipping on orders over $65
Our shipping and handling pricing will vary depending on the products you purchase and on commission requests.
All products are handmade and printed on demand, therefore, please allow anywhere from 1 to 21 business days of creating, printing, and packing time before products and pieces are shipped out.Â
Additional shipping time begins after this production window, and can be 3-4 business days via USPS service. If you need something more urgently* than this, please first reach out to me by email, eashenna@gmail.com or DM on Instagram, @eashenna_, instead of placing your order online and I will see what I can do for you.Â
Orders are shipped on business days only and does not include holidays. Eashenna is not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
*Urgent and last minute orders (commissions, bulk orders, and others) may potentially cause an increase in price, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost for speed delivery.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup* in South Edison, New Jersey. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a convenient time frame, depending on your item(s) of purchase and order volume. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and the pickup address.
Order pick up hours may vary on a day by day or weekly basis. I will coordinate with you for a convenient time window by email. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
*Eashenna will not hesitate to cancel any orders that abuse the local pick up option at check out to take advantage of free shipping. If you select local pick up, you are agreeing to pick up your order during the emailed date and time frame.

Unfortunately at this time, Eashenna wil not be shipping internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eashenna@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
